But honestly, the best you could do is proceed and visit your webmaster, clarify what you want and have him/her draw up a custom design for you. Then you're not treading on anybody's toes, and it should not cost you very much if you literally get the site there after doing that. Some web site designers don't even bill you at all, in the case you get the design created on the same date, some enclose it into the overall price tag.
